I am your pillar, without me you collapse
You are my Sun, without you I go out
After crossing our shadows
We’re finally together again.
I soothe you and you feed
You raise me up, so I grow up
After living our lives
We’re coming to heaven.
I admire and desire you
You protect and honor me
After the worst of it
We love each other even more.
My King, my Wolf
I now confess it
Love and Joy
Are inside me again.

I go to the lower world to meet the spirit of a former shaman from the region where I live (this journey dates back several years).
I am in nature, the sky is bright, no wind, no noise. My feet rest on a ground strewn with clumps of grass. A shadow comes towards me. My brain sends me the thought of an Amerindian woman and the shadow disappears immediately. I then feel guided and begin to move forward. I observe that everything around me has become frozen and I head for an ice cave. I do not feel the cold and enter the cavity. Everything is clear inside and I see it as in broad daylight.
In front of me, on a wall, I guess the body of a prehistoric man, coarsely dressed in a beast skin, his face covered by a dark beard, a long stick of wood in his right hand. He is frozen, as if caught in the ice. Intrigued, I approach and the man immediately sets in motion. I then understand that he is not frozen, but free behind the thick translucent wall that separates us. He is indeed alive. His features are not sharp, distorted by the icy diaper, but I feel anger emanating from him. I ask him if he is a former shaman and see him agitating. I feel like he’s getting mad. I ask him his name. I feel an answer, letters are written in capital letters before my eyes while I hear the word. The man moves more and more and now seems to be shouting. It seems he wants to tell me something, but I don’t hear his words.
Then I find myself with a spike in my hand and I start breaking the ice that separates us. The thick layer resists and it takes a lot of strength and perseverance for a weak hollow to begin to appear. Meanwhile, the man starts to calm down and watches me do it. I’m exhausted and crying with rage, because I can’t break the thickness of the wall and then, suddenly, a tiny hole appears, a hole that runs through all the ice. On his side, the man crouches down and places his mouth in front of the orifice. I imitate him, crouch down, place my mouth on my side of the hole and close my eyes. The shaman pronounces his name and I feel his breath on my face.
When I open my eyelids, I see him straighten up and away. I get up and start to leave the cavity. Everywhere around me floats the image of the shaman, on the walls, the ceiling, behind the ice wall of the cave. When I am out again, I feel his presence behind me as if he were floating slightly above my shoulders, without touching me. I laugh and talk to him, he listens to me and remains silent.
I thank and come back.
At all times and in all places, humans have constantly surrounded themselves with objects to which they have lent and still lend magical powers. The list is numerous: gri-gri, talisman, amulet, stone, crystal, wand, pentacle, anthropomorphic or zoomorphic statuettes ... There are as many objects with sacred powers as there are civilizations.
When it is made by a shaman, a sorcerer or a magician, the object is then sacred, that is to say charged and invested with a precise intention, a particular energy, favorable for its owner.
Starting from the postulate that everything is energy, the power emitted by an object exceeds the simple placebo effect for the following reasons: - any object, organism, substance, by its atomic nature, constantly emits quantifiable (measurable) frequencies (frequency signatures), among others in the electromagnetic spectrum; - a magnetic field, a bombardment of particles, any energy modification (such as heat) modifies all these objects and their spectral signatures. This is also quantifiable. Therefore, the energetic charge carried out by a shaman, sorcerer or magician makes a modification to the object and this modification is, again, measurable.
Besides the energetic influence of an object, the belief of the one who wears and uses it will consolidate and / or modify his neurological paths, thus influencing the functions of his organism, his attitudes, his behavior and consequently his environment.

In some shamanic traditions – as in South America, for example – it is customary to receive the teaching of master plants. This approach has a sacred meaning and is therefore not taken lightly. To be prepared for it, the apprentice must undertake a diet. The diet is also a common practice of the shamanic path and therefore does not apply only to the encounter with plants.
Diet itself is a serious practice and you will be well advised to consult your doctor before starting one. Similarly, if you are dying for the very first time, I strongly recommend that you have on your side someone who has already experienced the process.
The purpose of the diet is to cleanse your whole body in order to rid it of accumulated toxins, it will then act on the physical as well as on the emotional and the mental.
Most practitioners of the shamanic diet spread out the suppression of so-called «exciting» foods over a week. Personally, the very first time I dieted, I gave myself a month, and I confess that it was easy. I took out the food gently, one after the other, and I didn’t have any unpleasant symptoms related to body detoxification. During this period, to support me and give me every chance to succeed, I practiced yoga several times a day, two solitary walks in the nature (1h30 per walk) and shamanic journeys. My diet was followed by a 7-day fast and the food recovery was also spread over a period of one month.
So what are these famous "exciting" or acidifying foods that poison us when we consume them on a daily basis and often more than for good reason? Here is the short list:
In addition to food that acidifies the body, a diet is also practiced by completely eliminating smoking and all that is smoked, any sexual activity (masturbation included) and any drug use in any form. If you are on medication, consult your doctor who is and remains the only health professional authorized to advise you.
As stated above, the purpose of the diet is to remove from your body everything that stresses it and as any change inevitably leads to stress, it is also recommended to soften this change by practicing light and regular outdoor physical activity such as walking or yoga. The basic mistake would be to believe that because you absorb fewer calories, your body will be weakened. To compensate for the reduction of a dietary energy intake, it is essential that your body remains in motion and "feeds" air and light. Of course, if you can walk in nature rather than in the city or in the metro, you will have understood that it will be highly beneficial for you. On the other hand, since the shamanic diet is essentially spiritual, the practice of altered states of consciousness is therefore welcome: meditation, shamanic journey, visualization, sophrology…
Enjoy your practice!
Do you hear their castrating speeches?
Do you see their disapproving looks?
They say you’re an animal, be proud, because you know
No wild beast subject nature to its will
No beasts saw the branch that has always carried it
Stop to endure
Leave them to their projections
And other dithering
Stop lying to you
They will never give you
Sing, dance and shout
Move, love and pray
And if everything suddenly stops
You would still welcome death laughing

In life, you know that nothing is all white or all black, nothing is all positive or all negative. Between these two extremes is the centre, the one that allows us to take reality into account in order to concretely materialize our dreams. This June’s Full Moon, in the Cancer – Capricorn axis, offers us the opportunity to lay a whole new foundation for a whole new way of life.
It’s stills brewing. Everywhere, the emotional tensions are still going up a notch. People who had always kept everything under control are themselves surprised to climb into the towers for things they would usually let go. Others observe that memories that have been hidden since early childhood are rising to the surface of their consciousness and then wonder what they might do with them, especially when these memories convey traumatic charges that are at the origin of all the unconscious behaviour of the individual.
A liberation, THE liberation is ongoing then why seek to stem the flow? The time has come to free oneself and then be able to move on to something else rather than remain stuck indefinitely in an irremediably past.
The current situation is not favourable for long-term projects, but rather emphasizes the complete destruction of the old structures, the ones on which we have built our personality, but also on the structures on which our society rests, for let us remember that this humans who make society. Each of us is therefore fully responsible for the world in which we live.
The Full Moon in Capricorn therefore invites us to withdraw into oneself in order to reflect on one’s life, on one’s desires, on those that are achievable and those that are definitely not. Since everything is turned upside down, since we are given the opportunity to do otherwise, what do we want to do? For us, for the society?
Sign of Earth, Capricorn is serious, pragmatic, concrete and realistic, it needs security, effort and success, in the incarnation. With the Sun and Mars opposite, in Cancer, the need for sweetness brings a little delicacy to introspection.
If you feel joyful, let yourself slip into the realism of Capricorn to sow your joy in your daily life. If you feel rather serious, let yourself be carried away a little in the faith of Cancer to avoid sinking into discouragement in the face of the magnitude of the task.
Balance is at the centre.
When I’m in a relationship, why am I so afraid of losing, of losing myself, but also of losing the other? I go to the lower world to meet the spirit of an animal without knowing which one will be able to answer my questions.
I go down to a dark place where I often go. It is an underground cave in which I systematically find a Spirit who watches over me. As I face this Spirit, I vaguely perceive a movement on my right. When I turn to it, an animal moves in my direction. Halfway between a fox and a dog, I seem to recognize a coyote. As soon as this thought passes through my mind, I find myself thrown into a desert. I see cañons far away from my position, a few rare dried-up tall grasses plow under the wind which raises the dust. It’s hot, very hot, and it’s impossible to get in the shade.
The coyote is sitting in front of me and looking at me insistently. He’s waiting for something. From the corner of my eye, I think I see a piece of meat in my right hand. I approach my face and observe that it is my hand that is bloody, the flesh is raw. I feel no pain and extend it to the animal. It doesn't take it and continues to scrutinize me. My left hand is now in the same state as the right, and when I look at my body, I see that it is leaving in tatters. There is a lot of blood, but it doesn't spread on the ground. No feeling. No pain or fear. My fingers grab my tongue, break most of it, and give it to the coyote, which takes it delicately between its teeth and then runs away. Surprised, I don't make any movement. The temperature of the air is burning, the sun hits hard, the dust still flies. My body dries up and gradually becomes a mummy lying on the ground. The shape of my body suggests that the agony was long and painful and I still feel nothing.
I jump when I feel a presence close to me. I open my eyes. I am well in my room. I closed them, determined to continue my journey, but the sensation of the presence made me reopen them. I then see a vague, clear form, as if it were a cloud. I sniff and smell no smoke. The shape becomes clearer and I see very clearly an elderly man. In my room, at the foot of my bed. The man has red skin, baked by the sun, his black hair streaked with gray are cut squared and a blue band encircles his forehead. He smiles at me and I'm immediately thrown with him into the desert.
I then watch him pick up my mummified body. He binds it in a sitting fetal position and then takes it away. I follow and we join other people, a tribe waiting for us. I attend a ceremony around this body and then it is placed in a niche dug in the rock, in height. The mummy's face is turned towards the sky and it is at this moment that the coyote returns, the piece of my tongue still intact between its teeth. He places it at the foot of the old Indian who picks it up and places it between the mummy's lips. It is strange to see this racorni body with this bright red tongue that makes like a spot on its face.
I wait, but nothing happens. I thank and come back.
The summer solstice is the longest day and the shortest night of the year . The Earth tilted on its axis presents the maximum of its northern hemisphere to the solar rays. With the Sun at its zenith, this position symbolizes the victory of light, the forces of the day, the Masculine or Yang. Thus, what has been initiated into the spring equinox comes to full maturity.
Our ancestors have a broader understanding of natural phenomena than ours, and this day has been sacred since the dawn of time, all civilizations combined. The Egyptians honored Ra, the Romans glorified Janus - god of initiation to mysteries, the Celts celebrated the Oak King, the Christians celebrated Saint John. The summer solstice and its six-month cycle are called the "path of the ancestors" and relate to individual knowledge. Man regenerates himself psychically by refocusing on himself to reflect on his place in the order of the world.
In pagan traditions, bonfires and rounds celebrated the solar power allowing the emergence of life from matter and the beginning of the generous harvest season. We therefore associate with it the symbols of strength, vitality and abundance. It seems that we are receptive and connected to nature on this day and that we can then contact all of our inner power, the fire illuminating the way and driving out the evil spirits that might lurk there.
Some rites also complete these celebrations by associating the element Water, because if the summer solstice signs the apogee of the Sun, it also announces its coming decline slowly but surely yielding its place to the Feminine or Yin. It is also on this date that the astrological sign of Cancer begins, symbol of Feminine, motherhood, home, introspection, but also intuition, the Moon being also associated with it.
"It’s a done deal! Today, I offer myself a loving life respectful of my basic needs in terms of love and emotional security, but also material."
Who has never taken such a resolution? Who has never vowed this promise? Then an external element manifests itself and we fall back into our old behaviors while the commitment to ourselves falls into the oblivion of our inner fortress.
I remember an umpteenth argument with an ex-companion, after which I had made the umpteenth decision to be totally devoted to listening to my basic needs. The guy came to apologize, once again. My first instinct was to answer him, but I choose this time to curb my impulsivity and rather than react, I paused and looked with curiosity at what was happening in me. The strong emotion of anger roared and not wanting to let it direct my life, I had to manage it differently than by going up into the towers. I then remembered a friend who had once proposed me: "And if you welcomed emotion without judging it?" This is what I did that day and I discovered that beyond anger, I was living in my depth an extraordinary adventure.
Since that day, I have often tried – and almost as often forgot – to act rather than react. The line between the two can sometimes seem thin and subtle, but if we take the time to sit down and observe what is happening in us, we then become more actor of our existence and we gradually stop suffering what is no longer suitable for us.
The more we hurry, the more we lose ourselves.
I go to the lower world to meet the Salmon spirit: what message does it teach me today?
I feel a return to the source, to the origin, and I see a newborn. It has a dry, racornie appearance, and its skin is all dark, as if burned by the sun. This vision engenders sadness in me and I feel some tears rising in my eyes. I then see the infant swell and open its eyes. The dark, racornie skin bursts out as if it had only been an armour and had now become useless. The baby’s belly still swells at the same time as the child is lying on my own belly until it blends in. I feel that I am pregnant. Feeling another presence, I look up and see another Me standing, looking at me. The drum is accelerating.
The other Me holds one of its hands in my direction. This hand is blue. I extend my own hand to the one that is presented to me, they come closer to each other until they touch each other. I hear myself saying: "You so really exist!" I weep profusely and the drum is extremely fast, I command absolutely nothing and because nothing is under my control, I feel calm and peace in me.
The other Me envelops my body with a blue energy, like its hand. I am aware that the Self exists, that I exist, that the inner child exists, that I am/we are a multidimensional being.
I thank and come back.
