You probably know that the New Moon, darkest phase of the planet, marks the beginning of a cycle that lasts 28 days. This cycle is divided into 4 phases, each of which lasts 7 days or 1 week. Here is a reading that takes the phases of the moon so that you can accompany the project of your choice with more awareness on the inside work necessary for the good realization of the said project. Take your favorite Tarot or Oracle (or both at the same time), mix your cards and take 5 of them blindly. Place them according to the example in the photo below. Here are the meanings of each position: 1. you, who are at the centre of the project (card in the centre of the reading). 2. New Moon = what you need to sow to bring about the project (right to the first one). 3. First Quarter (growing moon) = how do you water/feed your project to stimulate its growth and development (under the first one). 4. Full Moon = the best results you can expect (left to the first one). 5. Last Quarter (waning moon) = the steps to be taken to complete the implementation of the project, but also the suggestion of other possibilities for its follow-up (above the first one). This reading sets the tone for the 28-day lunation period and for a given project. You can redo this reading at each New Moon either to continue the initial project or to start another one. I invite you, for each lunation, to concentrate on only one project, the one which, at the moment, seems to you to be a priority. Inevitably and because you are at the center of your life, the reading for a given project will also make you shine in all other areas. Good reading

Before opening a new door, we must first close the door through which we leave. Between these two thresholds, it is necessary to accept to be alone in front of oneself in order to clearly determine, without false pretense, the reality that animates us and the truth that we wish to live on from now.
Being between the two doors is what we have been experiencing for several months and even more strongly what we have been experiencing throughout the previous lunation. With the energy of action on stand-by, did we take the opportunity to choose just as much as to rest and recharge our batteries so that we were ready to open the next door? The New Moon in Libra announces the resumption in direct march of the planets until then retrograde. A new active dynamic is emerging on the horizon and will gradually take shape by the next Full Moon on 20th October. It’s the calm before the storm... If we are obviously all affected by the influence of the planets, it is the four signs composing the cardinal cross that will be most concerned: Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. The cardinal cross is linked to the will and the energy of action, this famous action that was paused throughout September. But despite this, the Fire element is still absent from this New Moon, it means that if the desire to act is indeed there, we still lack the means to act. Translation: a situation/relationship is being brought to light, thus revealing to us the need to evolve it differently, to review a link, to redefine it differently or to express oneself differently within this situation/relationship, to get more actively involved, to stop accepting certain things passively, to review certain rules/beliefs that had been taken for granted. All areas can be affected, both emotional and socio-professional. I remind you that all the zodiac signs act in our birth chart. Therefore, by updating in which houses the cardinal cross acts in your chart, you will have an indication of the areas that will be most concerned. Mercury adds a layer since its retrogradation on 27th September: communication can be blocked, answers can be delayed, projects can be postponed. The situation will probably emerge from 18th October, when the planet of trade and communication resumes its direct course. For all of us, whether we are aware of the stakes or not, it is indeed a karmic load that comes back as a boomerang would do and that offers us the possibility of definitively breaking with a repetitive pattern to which we had most probably identified. Let us take advantage of this New Moon in Libra to try to establish or restore the fragile balance that underlies the relations between beings. Between us and our interiority first of all, to rediscover our capacity for discernment and to stop blindly following the speeches of one and the other. Then, between us and the others, to concretize new relational alliances based on serenity, respect and autonomy of each one. It is now that we choose the beings who resemble us and make up our tribe together. Human society is changing and the gap is widening between those who want to preserve the old gains, ways of functioning and beliefs and those who aspire to create a more equitable world where everyone would have the freedom to live with dignity, whatever his vision of reality. The New Moon of 6th October is the calm before the storm… a storm that will gradually activate and swell. Let us pursue the purpose we have set for ourselves in order to achieve our objective without fear of the inevitable sacrifices that will have to be made. Something important will soon be born, let us have faith in ourselves, in our ability to protect ourselves and realize ourselves in our truth. Rosehip - or wild rose, cenbreur (in Quebec), ass-scraper - possesses recognized culinary, medicinal and cosmetic virtues. Indeed, its cynorrhodon (a word that means the red receptacle containing the fruits of the rose and rosehip) is edible and is considered a food of survival by native peoples.
From a medical point of view, the rosehip berry (slightly acidulous) would be 20 times richer in vitamin C than the orange. It also contains vitamin B, vitamin PP, provitamin A and mineral salts. This plant of choice to start a cure at the beginning of winter has often been used to fight against influenza (in particular), but also infections. Moreover, used as a tonic and reinforcement of the immune defences, the cynorrhodon has medicinal properties known to fight against asthenia. In China, berries of various varieties are used to treat chronic diarrhea and urinary problems. In Denmark, scientists have shown that rosehip berry has virtues that can also alleviate osteoarthritis. In the form of an infusion, rosehip flower petals are used to relieve headaches and treat dizziness. by Aonghas von Rycker, astrophysicist, coach and trainer
Our thoughts don't create and act directly on matter, but they predetermine the outer/inner sensory perception we have of tangible reality. Then the actions taken will determine the consequences of the outcome. Our beliefs, our mental patterns, our health, everything we read, watch, listen, everything we eat and drink, everything we inject and let us inject, everything we breathe shape, at every moment, the sensory perception of the world around us. This perception creates in us a subtle and permanent mental illusion that is confirmed or invalidated in the embodied reality we experience (our body, our relationships, our environment). If our mental illusion is consistent with the material experience we are experiencing, then all is well, we are happy and healthy. On the other hand, if we find that the material experience lived is not a reflection of our mental illusion, there is then a disagreement between thought and its manifestation and this disagreement is expressed in neuro-biological conflicts which are expressed in the form of discomfort, illness, physical and psychological suffering, depression, feeling of not being in one's place, disturbances in relations with the personal and professional surroundings, etc. Changing one’s vision of the world, one’s perception, one’s mental illusion then becomes a vital necessity (and not a blindness) for oneself and for others. The first step in this life change is to reconcile the illusion with the reality of our ill-being. The recognition and full acceptance of what happens, here and now. This has the effect of neutralizing deeply neuro-biological conflicts. It's only after this first step that the second one becomes possible: to direct its deep and global perceptions towards what gives us well-being by observing our body, our psychology, our state of being and their reactions. If these are good, then we can maintain the mental illusion that is ours. If, however, these are not good, return to the first stage is necessary. Life is simple if we stop burying our heads in the sand like an ostrich, which, when fear grabs it, plants its head in the ground under the illusion that it will be protected, while it leaves its rump well exposed to predators, whether they are conscious or not of being predators. Let us therefore keep our heads up and straight and, like Bip-Bip in Tex Avery’s cartoon, let's play the coyote in us which, by its pride, devalues us, sabotages us, hurts us, breaks us, kills us little by little. The day I chose stop to be scared
I turned off the TV and the radio Let the newspaper fall and my back go Of all these memories From all my souvenirs Of all those nightmares Who make us grow old The day I chose stop to be scared I stopped being agitated I stopped looking for Answers to questions Reasons to illusions Of vain claims Who put the pressure on us The day I chose stop to be scared I gave up pursuing And became ecstatic I gave up living Only just to exist Marushka - 27th September 2021 (translated from French) Cloves helps digestion, is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antioxidant and even anesthetic. Cloves is a known remedy for its effectiveness in relieving toothache. This is such that cloves is part of the composition of most mouth baths prescribed to treat an oral condition, whether dental or gingival. It is sometimes enough to place a nail between two teeth to be quickly relieved thanks to its anesthetic action.
Cloves are not often thought of as a general tonic, yet it is excellent to give a boost to the body and to fight physical or mental asthenia. It is also effective against winter viruses such as flu, flatulence, diarrhea and intestinal parasites. Traditionally and because cloves allows the dilatation of the cervix, it is recommended to women about to give birth to consume an infusion of cloves to facilitate childbirth and reduce pain. Cloves can be consumed directly in the form of dried nails, infusion or essential oil, decoction, alcoholic solution but also in compress, fumigation or even in the form of ointment. You can also very simply use cloves regularly in the daily kitchen. Ginger improves circulation in all parts of the body. This fragrant root can relieve stomach pain and has been used for centuries for this purpose. Additional bonus: scientists have found that ginger inhibits the release of vasopressin, a hormone that is said to be responsible for nausea caused by motion sickness.
For the Medical School of Salerno (Italy), the first founded in Europe in the Middle Ages, ginger is considered to fight against many diseases: 'Hot ginger rightly opposes the coldness of the stomach, kidneys and lungs, quenches the thirst, revives, excites the brain, in youth awakens young and new love.' Apart from our kitchens where ginger is a spice that perfumes many dishes, the root can be used in decoction, for example, infused for at least 5 minutes, after a meal to facilitate digestion. For the same effects, ginger can also be used reduced to powder, mixed with honey or jam. Its external use is more unknown. In the form of essential oil, it can be prescribed against rheumatism. Its anti-inflammatory power makes it possible to significantly reduce the intensity of symptoms. Rosemary is used in rituals and spell making to promote love, long life and happiness. Sniff rosemary essential oil to empty your conscious mind and improve your memory. Rosemary was traditionally burned in Greek temples as an offering to goddesses and gods.
When burned, rosemary emits powerful cleansing and purifying vibrations, and is used to rid a place of negativity. Rosemary is more commonly known as a symbol of remembrance and is a help to strengthen memory. Rosemary is also associated with friendship, passion and increasing mental powers, preventing nightmares and sleep. White sage has been used for thousands of years to neutralize energies. The smoke of white sage is known to North American Indians to be very purifying. It emits negative ions that are the good things you find in the air just after a storm or in the ocean. You can dab white sage essential oil on the pulse points of your body. As for the use for fumigation, the Greeks and Romans wrote that it transmitted wisdom and mental acuity.
You can also use the smoke of a white sage stick to neutralize the energies in your home. By gently spreading it around your body and in your auric field, you can neutralize the discordant energies in it. You could also greatly enjoy this plant by planting around your home. Basil is a symbol of fertility and in Italy it is known as the symbol of love because the leaves resemble hearts. Basil deva (vegetable spirit) is a protector of the family, and burning basil oil helps to relieve the negativity of the house.
It creates a sympathetic vibration and is often worn as an assist during clashes with other people. Basil stimulates the conscious mind to invoke happiness. It opens the meridians of the heart and erases the movements of energy between the heart and hands. Basil oil is also associated with clairvoyance, divination and honesty. |
