Taking One's Destiny in Hand

If you follow me a little, a lot, passionately or madly, you probably know my interest in astrology.
You may then be reading some of my posts mentioning the position and interactions between the planets as for example what I could tell you today:
Mercury passed retrograde in the night from Saturday to Sunday, but it is also square in Neptune since 23rd May. As a result, we can face confusion and/or illusions. There may also be delays in what we wish to set up or obtain, concerns of communication between us and the Other even though we would like to exchange and share, but also troubles with our computer or mobile phone or any other device of the same type.
Far from being an occupation of "enlightened people", the decoding of planetary influences thus offers us the possibility of no longer being either fatalistic or fighting against windmills.
Rather than stooping to wait for better days or to fight against energies far more powerful than that of our individual will, understanding and using symbolism prevents us from exhausting ourselves and becoming unnecessarily discouraged.
To understand and to use symbolism means to be initiated to the mysteries, to the invisible. It allows us to adopt a different point of view than that commonly established on our link to the matter, not to turn away from it, but to fully experience it with greater awareness of the interactions between all the manifestations that make the existence of our reality.
It is also called: taking one’s destiny in hand.
