What you need to install

You need a desktop or laptop computer equipped with
WINDOWS operating system (10, 8, 7), with a preference for WINDOWS-10.

We have designed very detailed instructions that describe step by step the process of installing and using our software. Do not hesitate to get help.
If, however, you are uncomfortable with computing, we can do this remotely and guide you through your first test. In this case you will have to download and install the free TEAMVIEWER software.
You can also use an Apple or Android tablet or smartphone by installing a WINDOWS APP (emulator). Note, however, that we do not recommend the choice of mobile phone, because the screen is rather small and quickly tires the eyes.

Please note that we no longer provide support for people using MAC/APPLE or LINUX OS for installation on Apple and Android tablets.
Here are some tips if you want to give it a try for yourself and don't have a Windows/Apple or Windows/Linux dualboot:
Here are some tips if you want to give it a try for yourself and don't have a Windows/Apple or Windows/Linux dualboot:
- Install a Windows emulator (free) under your Mac/Apple or Linux operating system. PlayOnMac and PlayOnLinux (Wine) are working fine.
- Install Android (free) in dualboot then under Android, install a WINDOWS APP (emulator).
- Buy a basic Windows license and install it in dualboot. You will then be much more free and everything will work perfectly.

Personal NEURO-REGULATION program installation
Once the EXPORT of your TEST has been received and analyzed, we will email your program to you as a compressed ZIP file. Follow the installation process described in the NEURO-REGULATION user manual.
If your computer does not have an external mouse, use either the Touchpad or your device's touchscreen.
If you have multiple displays plugged into your PC, always work with a single screen display. Choose the one you prefer and which will be the most comfortable for you.
Before performing a TEST or before each NEURO-REGULATION session, remember to:
- remove night lighting and/or blue light protection programs ,
- set the screen brightness to maximum,
- choose the cool color mode (depending on the screens).
